March Out of Season Meet - Ruddington Transport Heritage Centre

March's out of season meet at Ruddington Transport Heritage Centre saw a vast array of classic vehicles in attendance. The cars (and their owners) braved the bitter cold, and a brief snow shower to attend the final out of season meet before the Spring Awakening (3rd of April), when hopefully the weather will be more on our side!

Many Branch regulars were in attendance, enjoying the cars on display, as well copious amounts of tea, a hearty breakfast and a nice natter.

My favourite car in attendance this month (apart from my own car of course) was a lovely Ford Popular. He was in beautiful condition, and I'm guilty of having a soft spot for Ford Pops after first seeing one at Elvaston Steam Rally in 2013. Many thanks to its owner for indulging me while I cooed over his car!

The next Classic Car meet at Ruddington is the Spring Awakening on 3rd of April. It promises to be a big one! So come along, get involved and enjoy another great day at the Transport Heritage Centre!
